The goal of the Traineeship Programme is to offer successful candidates an opportunity to improve their skills, to acquire practical knowledge in one of ECDC’s Units as well as the experience of working in an international environment. Lisäksi EPIET-ohjelmaan on osallistunut syyskuusta 2008 lähtien myös kaksi laboratorioteknikkoa, joilla on näin mahdollisuus parantaa tietojaan ja taitojaan epidemiologian alalla.
